I emigrated to the United States from ? banada on or about the at Fochabers. ? morayshin Scotland day of April Domini 885 and arrived in the United States, at the port of Betitioner does not know port on ? anno Domini 1. 875 on the Railroad. (Petetioner cannot remember the R. R. line the day of April ION anno ) (If the alien arrived otherwise than by vessel, the character of conveyance or name of transportation company should be given.) Fifth. I declared my intention to become a citizen of the United States on the 31st day of anno Domini 1916 the date hereof.
