I was born on the\nday of\nFebruary\nanno Domini 1. 888\nat\nLelow Pussia\nFourth. I emigrated to the United States from\nWindsor Ontario banada on or about the\n20\nth day of September\nanno 1910 States, port of Detroit michigan ,\nDomini and arrived in the United at the\non the\n20th\nday of September\nanno Domini 1910 on the vessel\nTerry\n(If the alien arrived otherwise than by vessel, the character of conveyance or name of transportation company should be given.)\nFifth. I am not a disbeliever in or opposed to organized government or a member of or affliated with any organization or body of persons teaching disbelief in or opposed\nto\norganized government. Iam not a polygamist nor a believer in the practice of polygamy. I am attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and it is my\nintention\nto\nbecome a eitizen of the United States and to renounce absolutely and forever all allegiance and Adelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, and\nparticularly to\nThe Present government of Russia\nof whom at this time I am a subject, and it is my intention\nto reside permanently in the United States.\nside\nRighth.
