Mr. Peter Cracchiole, 1740 India St San Diego. California. Dear Sir: of Your declaration of intention made June 22, 1920, has been forwarded to the County Clerk at San Diego for use in filing your petition for naturalisation. Your declaration will expire on June 23, next. his You should execute the attached Form 2214, and take it to the office of the County Clerk, together with two witnesses who are citimens of the United States who have personally known you and seen you reasonal bly oftem during all of the time you have resided in the State of California. Residence in another state to complete the f Ive year period can be covered by depositions. For this purpose you should talce the names and addresses of two citisens who know you five years ago and saw you often until you came to California. If the witnesses you take with you are citisens through asturalisation, they must have with them the certificates through which they claim citisenship. The Clerk's fee for filing your petition will be $4.00. Very truly yours, H - Naclessus. District Director. Copy to County Clerk, San Diego, with declaration and letter of District Director of Naturalization, Detroit, attached. Please file the letter with petition, when filed, inasmuch as it verifies the date of declaration of intention.
