Foint Loma:\nhereby filed, respectfully showat\n(1) My place of residence\n(2) My occupation is\nManufacturer\n(3) I was born in\nGzestochoma, Poland\non\nJany. 8 1902\nMy race is\nFrench\n(4) I declared my intention to become a eitizen of the United States on December 14 1927\nin the\nSuperior\nCourt of\nCalifonia\nat\nSan Diego, California\n(5) am\n--\nmarried. The name of my wife or husband is\nMuriel\nwe were on\nmarried November 30 1929\nat\nChula Vista, Galifornia\nhe was\nborn\nat Cleveland Ohio\non\nFeby. 24 1907\n: entered the United States\nat\non\nPoint Loma, California\nfor permanent residence therein, and now\nresides at\nI have\nno children, and the name, date,\nand place of birth, and place of residence of each of said children are as follows:\n(6) My last foreign residence was\nMontreal, Canada\nI emigrated to the United States of\nAmerica from\nMontreal, Canada\nMy lawful entry for permanent residence in the United States\nwas\nat Detroit, Michigan\nunder the name of\nRoland Tyce\non\nJuly 15 1908\non the\nvesser\nCanadian Pacific Ry\nas shown by the certificate of my arrival attached hereto.\n(7) I am not a disbeliever in or opposed to organized government or a member of or affiliated with any organization or body of persons teaching disbelief in or opposed\nto organized government. I am not a polygamist nor a believer in the practice of polygamy. I am attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States\nand well disposed to the good order and happiness of the United States. It is my intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce\nforever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, and particularly to\nabsolutely\nand\nThe Republic of Poland\nof whom (which) at this time I am a subject (or citizen), and it is my intention to reside permanently in the United States. (8) I am able to speak the English language.\n(9)\nI\nhave resided continuously in the United States of America for the term of five years at least immediately preceding the date of this petition, to wit, since\nJuly 15 1908\nand in the County of\nSan Diego\nthis State, continuously next preceding the date of this petition, since\nNovember 11 1920\nsix months next preceding the date of this petition.\n,\nbeing a residence within said county of at least\n(10)\nhave\nnot\nheretofore made petition for citizenship: Number\non\nat\nand such petition was denied by that Court for the following reasons and causes, to wit:\nand the cause of such denial has since been cured or removed.\nAttached hereto and made a part of this. my petition for citizenship, are my declaration of intention to become a citizen of the United States, certificate from the\nDepartment of Labor of my said arrival, and the affidavits of the two verifying witnesses required by law.\nWherefore, I, your petitioner, pray that I may be admitted a citizen of the United States of America, and that\nmy\nname\nbe\nchanged\nto\nI, your aforesaid petitioner being duly sworn. depose and say that I have {\nread\nthis\npetition\nand\nknow\nthe\ncontents\nthereof;\nthat\nthe\nsame\nis\ntrue\nof\nmy own knowledge except as to matters herein stated to be alleged upon information and bellef, and that to those matters I believe it to be true; and that this petition\nis signed by me with my full, true name.\nRoland Spre (Complete and true signature of\npetitioner)\nAFFIDAVITS OF WITNESSES\nMuriel M.
