February 3, 1917.
Feb. 1st, I saw Mr. O'Hara of the O'Hara Waltham
Dial Company. Also Mr. Stone their secretary. Although
they have been working on the luminous material they have not
as yet decided whether they will put the luminous dials out under
their own name or form a separate Company. They expect to let
us know the result of their Directors Meeting which will be held
within a few days.
