balance sheet". ie to my knowledge clear definition and having
nothing ?particuler" about it.
It was finally my suggestion to the board of directors, to meet
oftener and discuss Company's affaires on the basis of the very
depertmental profit and loss statements and snalysis.
Now, since out numerous conferences have not shown any result in
the matter; since three months of 1921 have passed and I de not
have any information regarding our business; and since you say
that, on one hand you are expecting from me "particular outlay"
but on the other you are already working on reports, the ones
as per above

To overcome any possible misunderstanding in future, I am noti-
fying as per enclosed copy, that I will hold the RLM Accounting
Department strictly responsible for supplying to me on time fi-
gures as per above.
Outlined forms will be sent to the Accounting Department and of
course you will receive copies of same.
