Roeder Dear Mr. Roeder: According to resolution of the Board of Direc- tors forwarded to me June 15th, 1921, I am authorizing and notifying Mr. L. C. Bilstein to use my processes relating to the manufacture of luminous material for the benefit of the Radium Luminous Material Corporation. I, furthermore, authorize him to disclose above processes only to such persons authorized in due form by the resolution of the Board of Directors. I will also advise Mr. Bilstein in the matter of changing the grades of luminous material, as was contemplated. Enclosed you will please find copy of my let- ter to Mr. Bilstein.
