RESOLVED FURTHER that the books for the
transfer of the preferred stock of
the corporation be closed on June
27, 1921, and opened on July 1, 1921.
The following resolution was, on motion, duly
adopted:
RESOLVED that all checks of this corpora-
tion drawn upon its account with the
Central Union Trust Company of New
York and signed as designated in the
resolutions of meeting of the Board
of Directors held September 18, 1919,
including checks drawn to the individual
order of the signing officers or any
of them signing said checks as above
designated, shall be honored and paid
by the Central Union Trust Company of
New York and charged to this corpora-
tion's account.
The following resolution was, on motion, duly
adopted:
RESOLVED that Arthur Roeder and Dr. Victor
Hess be and they hereby are authorized
and directed to rent a safe deposit
box in the name of this corporation
from the First National Bank of Orange,
access to which shall be had by either
or both of them upon application.
The following resolution was, un motion, duly
adopted:
RESOLVED that Arthur Roeder, the Treasurer
of this corporation, be and he hereby
is authorized to deliver to the Cred-
itors' Committee of the Ingersoll
Watch Company, or its attorney, a
balance sheet showing the assets and
liabilities of this corporation.
