With reference to your letter of
RADIUM CORP.
November 16th, addressed to Mr. E. C. Foster,
I am advised by him that it is not possible
for us to make any test of this "UNDARK"
Radium Luminous Material for the present.
Our Laboratory is not in a position
to arrange the necessary apparatus to take
care of this, and therefore, it will be
necessary to hold up this whole proposition
for trying this out for the present. Under
the circumstances, maybe you would like to
have us return to you the material in
question.
Regretting the fact that we are
unable to make any test on this, and awaiting
your reply, I remain.
