April 17, 1924 Dr. Cecil Drinker School of Public Health c/o Harvard University 55 Van Dyke St. Boston, Mass. Dear Dr. Drinker, The following is the employment record for the various operators, which we discussed yesterday. M. Maggia - October 1, 1917 to January 25, 1922 Virginia Rudolph - September 23, 1918 to April 13, 1921 Miss Carlough - August 12, 1919 to December 24, 1923 Katherine Schaub - March 22, 1917 to March 19, 1920. The last one noted above was the one which Dr. Barry told us in Newark yesterday he thought had the same condition existing as in previous cases. I expect to have the health records, which you asked me to obtain, within a day or so, and also the various X-ray films which were taken of some of our present operators, which Mr. Roeder informed me this morning you would like to have for further examination. He has also asked me to give you Dr. Barry's address, which is W.F. Barry, 516 Broad St., Newark. I shall forward the other information within the next day or two. Very truly yours UNITED STATES RADIUM CORP. HBV/H. Vice-President
