Dear Sir:
Te bolieve that you have under your care Mrs. Hazel
Kuzer, whom you are treating for jaw disease and who at one
time was in our employ. It has been claimed that this troubl e
has been brought about by contact with our luminous material
while in our employ, and we are having a very thorough invea-
tigation made of this matter.
This inrestigation is being conducted by Dr. decil
K. Drinker of the Sehool of Public Health of Harvar d University.
He has asked that I arrange for him to see both you and Mrs.
Kuzer and I would like to make this arrangement if possible
for some time next Vednesday afternoon, if it sill be conven-
ient for you to do 90.
Vill youkindly inform me whether you eculd hare
Mrs. Kuser in your office at that time?. If not, we shall
try and have Dr. Drinker arrange to see Mrg Kuser at her
home.
