Dear Mr. Stryker:
This morning I received a letter from
Dr. W. 01lman Thompson whom we consulted the other day.
In order to have your records complete, I an sending you a
copy of this, also a copy of my reply. Dr. Thompson is
very anxious to have the case histories which are in the
report that you have and I have no copy of it. Will you
send it along to him as promptly as you can ?
We had a very satisfactory meeting with
the various doctors and Mr. and Mr. Tams, Lee and
myself.
