RADIUN DORP
STATED
Dear Mr. Roeder,
I have been advised by Mr. McGlyn that Mr.Kalisch
has given him a discontinuance of the above case as against
you. This will close the matter so far as you individually
are concerned. I would suggest that you communicate with
Dr. Gilman Thompson asking him if he has completed his in-
vestigations and is now prepared to advise us as to any speci-
fic symptoms or conditions which the physicians should look
for when making their physical examination of the plaintiff
and what specimens should be obtained by them for the purpose
of making pathological examinations.
We would also like to
have Dr. Gilman Thompson's report concerning the result of
his research work.
Have you communicated as yet with Dr. Ill? If not,
will you kindly do so as we desire to retain him as one of
the physicians to make the physical examination and would
like to have an opportunity to talk the matter over with him
before he is retained. We think it desirable to make the
t
physical examination as soon as possible.
Yours very tryly
it
