Dear Mr. Intement
will you. have notices sent out calling
a meeting of our directors for next Thursday April 16
at twelve o'clock noon ? This will be a special
meeting held here for usual discussion of the Corporation's
affairs.
I presume that Mr. Strahan will not be
available, but Mr. MacDonald will serve very well unless
you find it convenient to attend personally.
I an writing you now so that announcements
can go out rather earlier than usual, preferably Monday.
