I am very glad to have your letter of
April 15.
I am distressed to think that any comments
made by Mr. Viedt or myself should have sounded critical
to you.
There was certainly no such intention and I
am sorry.
It will oblige me very much if you will
let me know a few days before your next trip to New York
and if you will reserve an hour for me while you are here.
