Dear lir. Strahan:
I am returning enclosed the draft of
minutesof the last directors* meeting. These were left
by Mr. NeDonald.
It seens to me that just a brief statement that
lir. Edmonds referred to the Frank patents would be sufficient
as indicated on the copy.
I
have also changed one word in
the paragraph ahend of the last resolution on the last page
which I think more nenrly describes the situation.
