May 14, 1925. Mr. Josiah Stryker, e/o Lindabury, Depue & Taulls, Prudential Building, 763 Broad St., Newark, N. J. Dear lfr. Stryker: I have sent along to you Dr. Ives' nome because from what Dr. Reitter soid it looked to me as though Dr. Ives would be very helpful if he could be secured. Whether you should send some one to Philadelphia to sae the Doctor or whether Mr. McGlyn should take care of it depends to a large extent on who is going to preparo the case. I assume that Mr. McGlyn would handle this. Our necessity is a legal defense that will be as nearly perfect as it can be made. I do not Jnow enough about that end of it to decide what should be done and what should not be done. I have voriced along the line of turning up everything that we could to place in MeGlyn's hands through you. If he should decline to do certain things that you think ought to be donc, we would probably go ahead with them. Did the hearing to have the case brought forward talce place lest Saturday ? If so, have you hoard the result ? Yours truly, Prosident. ARoeder-EDI
