June 1, 1925. Dr. Frederick B. Flinn, c/o College of Physicians and Surgeons, 437 West 59th St., New York City. Dear Dr. Flim: I have just returned from a visit to the Ansonia Clock Company at Seventh Avenue and Twelfth Street, Brooklyn. I have explained to Mr. King, the superintendent, and Mr. Cook, his assistant, your suggestion to me of last Friday that you would like to examine operators in luminous application departments other than our Plant in Orange. Both of the above gentlemen expressed complete willingness to co-oparate, and I think that if you will phone them a little in advance of when you or one of your assistants plans to visit the Factory, a specific arrangement can readily be made. Mr. King mentioned that the State Board of Health officer had been at their Plant twice lately inquiring about the application work. He, therefore, welcomes an opportunity to have an exmination made. I hope to very promptly arrange for inspection visits in other factories, preferably those conveniently located. The best way to reach the Ansonia Factory in Brooklym is to take the B. R. T. Subway to Seventh Avenue. You will find a taxi cab station at that station which is the best way to make the rest of the journey - about a mile and a half. Yours truly, President. Alloeder-HM
