Roeder, United States Radium Corporation, 30 Church Street, UNITED STATES New York City. DIUM CORP. Dear Mr. Roeder: I am in receipt of information that a copy of the report which you agreed to place in Mr. Roach's hands has been seen very briefly by Mr. Roach and then has been deposited with Commissioner McBride. This is not in accordance with your promise to me. We have been misrepresented by your firm to Mr. Roach and it was with Mr. Roach I requested you to deal and it was with him you agreed to deal. I am, consequently, unable to have any special degree of confidenee in your willingness to fulfill arrangements into which you enter and I am arranging for the immediate publication of the report.
