Mr. C. H. Granger, Superintendent,
Waterbury Clock Co.,
Waterbury,
Conn.
Dear Ur. Oranger:
We most sincerely appreciate your
letter of June 18 in which you express your willingness
to assist in the present troublescme situation.
I was informed this morning that the
application by the other side to have the case advenced
on the calendar was denied. It will, therefore, not come
up until Fall and perhaps not until early next year. You
will be kept informed and undoubtedly before the trial takes
place we will discuss the case with you more completely
Mr. Lee is going to New England tomorrow
night and expects to see you in Waterbury. I am wondering
whether in view of the present publicity, which to say the
least is vicious, it would not be reaseuring rather than
otherwise if you allowed Dr. Flinn to examine your operators.
He has completed the worle at the Ansonia plant and finds no
umisual condition whatever.
Your spirit of cooperation is vonderful.
I cannot thank you enough.
Yours truly,
President.
