June 25, 1925. Mr. Thomas R. Strahan, c/o Root, Clark, Howland, & Ballantine, 31 Nassau St., New York City. Dear Mr. Strahan: Thanks for your letter of June 22. I think the revised draft of letter regarding the new corporation is all right. However, Mr. Cross is going to be in town to-morrow and I think I will submit it to him again if possible. We will not change any of the legal points. Thanks for the certificate for Utah. This will be taken care of. Yours truly, President. ARoeder-HM
