COPY June 1925. DR. F. B. Flinn's report on examination of Mrs. Hussman Hussman, Mrs. Edna Residence 448 Roseville Ave., Newark, N.J. Age 24 Color: white. German-American parentage. Married 3 years. Husband living and well. Works about one day a week. Occupation: Radium painting at Luminite Company. Has worked in this occupation 8 years. 3 years with the Luminite Company. Only other work she does is connected with her housekeeping. Family history negative according to her own remarks. Both father and mother alive. They have no chronic disease. Usual childhood diseases. No complications. Has not been ill since she was 15 years old. Never had an operation. Weight 144 lbs. Has neither lost nor gained weight the last six months. Appetite good. Sleeps well and feels rested in the morning. Usually sleeps 8 hrs. Bowels regular No special exercise. Drinks tea and coffee. Menstrual history began when she was 15 years old. Is regular. Every 28 days. Duration 4 days: moderate amount of bleeding: Painful first day. No other ill feeling or discomfort. No bleeding in interval. No chage in menstrual history since engaging in occupation. Dental history: Last history to dentist a year ago for the purpose of cleaning. One extraction a year ago. Had no trouble. General appearance good. Eyes conjunctivae clear, color good. Mouth: Muccus membrane normal. Two molars left upper jaw decayed. Gums only fair. No bleeding. Pulse 74 Blood pressure 11870 Examination of Blood: Hemo 74% Red blood count 4.61 Color index .8 White Blood count 8,800 Differential: No cells counted 400 Neutrophiles 54.5 eos. .7 Lymphocytes 29.7 Trans .25 Baso .5 Mononuclears 13.7 Unclass .5 No X-Ray pictures taken at this time. No eledtroscopic tests made. We did not begin to make these tests until in the Fall. I think the girls at the Luminite Company and those at Ingraham are the only ones onwhom these tests have not been made.
