Attention Mr. Roeder.
Gentlemen:
You have in your employ a young lady who Dr Barry of Newark
claimed he was treating for some jaw trouble. If I remember correctly
Mr Roeder said this young lady was very indignant over this newspaper
statement of Dr Barry and wanted to write to the paper about it. I
want very much to have this young lady to come over to Columbia either
next week Wednesday or Thursday wearing clothes that she has never worn
in your shop if possible. I will let you know which day we can handle
the matter as soon as I know. I want to make some test on her in the
ionization chamber to determine if possible if she has any radium in h
her body. I would also like to get some X-Ray pictures of her jaw
while she is over here. Can you you possibly arrange this matter so I
can depend on it? Prof Pegram and Prof Webb are going to make the ion
ization tests for me and that is why I must know positively and as
soon as I can if I can depend on her.
If this young lady is not available perchance you may have andther
one who has had some tooth trouble that we can make this test on.
Sincerely yours
Tridench B. Thin
Frederick B. Flinn
