September 14, 1925. Mr. Josish Stryker, c/o Lindabury, Depue & Faulks, Prudential Building, 763 Broad St., Newark, N. J. Dear Mr. Stryker: A letter from Dr. Flirm:just received is all encouraging of his investigation. Forty-five operators have been examined. Details when we have the conference which you proposed the other night. In the meantime, he has asked for some information, one question being as follows: "Cen you obtain through your lawyers or the Insurance Company a copy of the death certificate of those who have died and the date of their deaths." Can you help him out with this 7 It is my recollection that you were going to write a letter for me to send along to Dr. McCoy. It has not yet arrived. In the meantime, however, I have had occasion to write McCoy on other business, and there is a possibility that he will come to New York before the suit is tried. Nothing definite yet, however. Yours truly, President. ARoeder-HM
