Dr. Frederick B. Flinn,
Columbia University,
College of Physicians and Surgeons,
437 West 59th St.,
New York City.
Dear Dr. Flinn:
I am very glad indeed to have your
letter of September 11. The list of questions will be
sent to-day to Mr. Viedt at the Plant who is in a better
position to give you the information than I am. I think
that he can answer them all except the last, and about this
I am writing to our attorneys.
Just this morning two letters have come in
from Mr. Daniells in London. I am enclosing the originals
having acknowledged receipt of these to Mr. Deniells.
Apparently the luminous material application
work has a pretty clean bill of health generally.
I am coming back from the Beach next Friday
and soon after, at the suggestion of our lawyers, we want to
meet to discuss the preparation of the defense and one meeting
will be technical. I guess that my house in Orange, 467
Lincoln Avenue, is as convenient as any, assuming that an
evening session is agreeable to everybody. I will get in
touch with you about this a little later.
Cordially,
President.
ARoeder-HM
Inclosures.
