9/25/25 Mr. Barker Dear Mr. Barker: Thanks for your memo. of the 24th in which you describe proposed co-operative work with Dr. Flinn. Your assistance will help him very much. By all means carry out all the experiments that you and he think necessary. It is strange, but I have had the same idea in regard to your paragraph No. 4. Something in this case looks very peculiar.
