Dear Sirs:
We are enclosing copy of a letter which we have
written to Collins and Corbin at the suggestion of the Aetna
Life Insurance Company, relative to the suit of Kuser vs.
Arthur Roeder.
Mr. Markley will handle this action in conjunction
with the defence on the former suit brought by Kuser against
the corporation. We believe you have already been in touch
with Mr. Markley on this matter. Of course from our stand-
point it is very desirable to have Mr. Roeder released if
Kalisch and Kalisch are so agreeable.
