Mr. Josiah Stryker,
c/o Lindabury, Depue & Faulks,
Prudential Building,
763 Broad St.,
Newark,
N. J.
Dear Mr. Stryker:
Enclosed is a copy of letter received
from Dr. Flinn. It requires some attention. It seems to
me that Mr. McGlyn would be the best man to handle the Hospital
situation and when I see Dr. Fl.1nn, which I hope to do before
the end of the week, I will suggest that he take up the matter of
the Plant work personally in co-oporation with Mr. Viedt of course.
In the mountime, I am sending a copy of Dr. Flim's letter to
Mr. Viedt.
I an also sending a copy of a memorandum just
received from Mr. Barker. He indicates a line of investigation
that seems to me to he very important.
Dr. Field is due back in New York soon and
I will try to get in touch with him in regard to further investi-
gation into the use of Mesothorium internally. While Dr. Field
has not used such preparations because in this country we have
always used Radium, he is doubtless familiar with work done abroad
where Mesothorium is freely, if not generally, employed.
Yours truly,
President.
ARoeder-HM
Enclosures.
