11/12/25 - Mr. Barker. Dear Mr. Barker: During the next two or three days, I will have time to read your paper enclosed with memo. of the 11th. It seems to be rather comprehensive and off hand I am quite inclined to agree with Dr. Schlundt that it would be proper subject matter for publication under your own name. In regard to Reitter, he told me the other evening that he did not want to publish his paper immediately. I, therefore, can see no urgency in giving him the information. However, I told him that I wanted to talk the matter over with you but so far have not had a chance to do SO. We have been very busy here on matters that are vital to the business, but I will try to get together with you and Dr. Reitter within a reasonable time. Yours truly, - A. Roeder - AR/HM
