REOR of NOY 211925 November 20, 1925. A. R.-2- have you do so. I am not acquainted with Dr. Hoffman and therefore hesitate about giving you definite advice as to just how to deal with him. It seems to me from reading his paper that he has attempted to be fair, although he seems to assume that the conditions and operations in your plant are re- sponsible for the necrosis, instead of making any very seri- ous effort to attribute it to some other cause. I am herewith returning Dr. Hoffman's letter. Yours very truly, Association Enc.
