Thank you very much for your note
of Jamuary 23.
The recent letter from Mr. Daniells
indicated that he was disturbed. I think he will very
greatly appreciate the information you have sent him.
I will be very glad indeed to read the
preliminary draft of your report as will Mr. Barker. If
the present negotiations fail and the case goes to trial,
I should say that your report would be very helpful to
Mr. Stryker and also to Mr. McGlyn, the insurance company's
attorney.
