(Copy) Feb. 18,1926. Josiah Stryker, Esq., Prudential Bldg., Newark. Dear Mr. Stryker: Re: Carlough VS. U.S. Radium Corp. I have had another conference with Mr. Kalisch and am satisfied that he is not bluffing, as a matter of fact, he is experiencing quite some difficulty in keeping his client under control. It seems that some one is ad- vising the Carlough family and Mr. Kalisch is having a very hard time trying to have them follow his advice. I have written the insurance company asking them whether they are willing to increase their contribution, also asking that they let me have their reply as soon as possible. I would respectfully suggest that you discuss the matter in the meantime with your clients and find out their attitude in view of the increased demand. Very truly yours, Edward R. McGlynn M:M
