Roeder, Esq., President, United States Radium Corp., 30 Church St., New York City. United States Dear Mr. Roeder, Certification I have your letter of the 20th inst. I cannot ad- vise you that you are practically sure of winning the necro- sis cases and under the circumstances, I think that your de- cision to settle for $13,000. is a wise one. I have not yet, however, communicated it to Mr. McGlynn as I am trying to get from him and Collins & Corbin, the final amounts which the Insurance Companies will pay toward the settlement, I have written them both again today for this information.
