Dear Doctor:
We have your inquiry of Merch 19.
The best reply that we can malce will be to send you a copy
of a report of an investigation made by Dr. Frederick B.
Flinn of the Institute of Public Health, Columbia University,
College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Dr. Flinn's
investigation has covered a period of a miber of months
during which time he has studied conditions in a number of
plants and received reports from Burope on the same subject.
His paper on the subject will be ready I believe in the next
week or ten days, and we shall be very happy to forward you a
copy.
