RE: CARLOUGH VS U. S. RADIUM CORP. - #3059
Radiunt Cornoratien
A. Roeder, President,
U. S. Radium Corporation,
30 Church St.,New York City.
Dear Mr. Roeder,
Pursuant to my telephone conversation with you this
morning I communicated with Mr. McGlynn and asked him to ad-
vise Mr. Kalisch that we would settle the Carlough, Mallifer
and Kuzer claims for $13,000. He will communicate with Mr.
Kalisch today.
He asked me if there were any bills for his Insur-
ance Company to pay other than Dr. Flinn's and one other
doctor whose name he did not recall.
If you have any
bills other than Dr. Flinn's will you kindly send them either
to me or to Mr. McGlynn as soon as possible.
You may recall that some time ago I consulted Dr.
Courrier. He came to my office one afternoon and I talked
the matter over with him at some length and arranged for
his services at the trial if needed. I do not know what
charge he will make for this service but believe it will not
be large. I have written to him today.
Yours very truly,
S
