the said UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION and/or the said ARTHUR ROEDER
I, either Individually or as Administrator of
the Estate of the said Hazel Kuser, deceased, ever had, now have, or
which my heirs, executors or administrators, hereafter can, shall, or may have, for, upon or by
reason of any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the world to the day of
the date of these presents.; and particularly but not by way of limitation of and
from any and all claims arising out of or resulting from the injuries
to or the death of the said Hazel Kuser, resulting from any accident,
injury, disease or other condition received, incurred, or sustained
by
the said Hazel Kuser at the plant of or while engaged in the
employment
of the said United States Radium Corporation.
