Miss Grace Freyer has authorized me to communicate with you
relative to damages sustained to her by reason of her illness
in contracting radium poisoning while in your employ.
This is to inform you that unlessyou communicate with me
relative to adjusting her claim for damages on or before
Monday, May 10th, 1926, I will be compelled to institute suit.
