Speaking of the Maggia girl, who died some three years ago, he stated that a justice of the Supreme Court had told him that he believed this case could be used as a basis of a suit. He said that he could get permission to exinuma the body and that he kneir that he coulda scientifically prove that Radiun caused her death as he would show Hadiun in the bones. Mr. Cross then said that we had nothing to do with these original cases and that he did not 500 why we should pay the ten thousand dollers. Asired 11 the ton thousand dollars was essential to Dr. Inef's future services, Dr. Enef replied yes, that he must be compensated for the work already done. That from a purely business point of view he was a very valuable man to have with us.
