Dear Sirs: In accordance with our conversation with you over the telephone, we are returning herewith the Stenotype notes which you and your associate made at our conforence on May 19th. We are also returning a form of affidavit. Will you please each of you melce a transcript of your notes in affidavit form starting out with the form given and fill in the voices of the conference, etc. as you have theme Then have the affidavit sworn to before a notary. Please execute these affidavits in triplicate which will really mean three affidavits. Of courge the carbon copies of your transcripts may be used for this purpose. The combined transcript which you sent us is all right for our use except that our attorneys request a separate transcript by each of you operators in the affidavit form.
