STATE OF NEW YORK ) ) SS. COUNTY OF NEW YORK ) SWEENEY, being duly sworn, deposes and says: That she resides at (Fill in number, street, city, county and State). That she is employed by The Master Reporting Company, Inc., of 37 West 39th Street, New York City. That she is familiar with the operation and use of the Stenotype and the Dictograph. That on the morning of May 19th, 1926, she, accompanied by (Fill in) was sent to the offices of the United States Radium Corporation of 30 Church Street, New York City, to report a conference. That she arrived at the offices of said Corporation at 9:45 A. M. That she inspected and tried out previous to the conference a Dictograph unit the transmitter of which was installed in the conference room and the receiving set installed in one of the private offices of said Corporation. That beginning about 10:40 A. M. she listened to a conference and the following is a true and correct transcript of what was heard over the Dictograph and recorded by her on the Stenotype: (Begin copying "Voice, Etc. ) Subscribed and Sworn to before me this day of May, 1926.
