Dear Mr Lee:
You may be interested to knos that the Journal of the American
Medical Association has accepted my article for publisation.
Miss Dunn is getting along as well as we can expect. We gave
her a blood transfusion on July Ist and she has shown a marked improva-
mont since then. Clinically she is very much better. We are carrying on an
elimination truatment and hope that as her generall condition improves that
the jaw condition will disappear. A small operation was performed on her
jaw last Thursday. I think we can put hor back in good shape again. =
We made a test on Miss Fryer one of your old girls, - the one
that had been in the Reconstruction Hospital-and found her to be electro-
positivs. She was sent to ma by Dr McCaffroy. I think that after we know a
a little about our elimination method I may suggest that she be given this
same treatment.
I want to congratulate you on your promotion. Give my regards
and congratulation to Mr Roeder when you see him.
