July 21st, 1926. The E. Ingraham Company, Bristol, Conn. Attention - Mr. W. S. Ingraham. Gentlement- We believe you will agree that the article sent you under July 12th on the subject of "Radio Active Material an Industrial Hasard?", shows that Dr. Flinn has gone into this subject more thoro- ughly than anyone else. His findings, however, are not final; and it has occurred to us that since this subject is so important it would be most desirable for both the malcere and users of luminous material to have the study and experiments carried on over a much greater period of time. of course, to do this requires a great deal of time and some money and we wonder if you, as a large usor of luminous material, would be willing to contribute say $500. or $1,000., or eny reasonable amount, towards a fund that might permit of a continuation of this splendid work. It is estimated that a minimum of $5,000 will be necessary. Yours very truly, President CBLEE: OB lo .omple guisswanA Suptect lo notingitA 10'1 DUE INJEKIOK NENOBVИDON
