UC RADIUM CHEMICAL COMPANY DISTRIBUTOR FOR STANDARD CHEMICAL COMPANY 3532 FORBES STREET PITTSBURGH, PA. August 3rd United States 1926 Redium Corporation Dear Mr. Lee: I did not intentionally delay reply to your letter of July 20th. Your communication, with copy of Doctor Flynn's article, was turned over to our Medical Department and it has just come back to my desk. If it is not necessary for you to commit yourself immediately as to the continuance of Doctor Flynn's work, I would like to defer discussion of the matter of contribution until a later date. Could you give me a little further data on the further work that is to be done by Doctor Flynn so that I can lay the matter before our Board of Directors with fullest details. I hope to be in New York within the next two or three weeks and I will take the opportunity of calling at your office. I now extend to you my sincere congratulations on your promotion to the presidency of the United States Radium Cor- poration. I wish you every success. Respectfully yours, PRESIDENT. Mr. C. B.
