Dear Mr. Lee, I have your letter of the 5th inst. and note that you have decided to bring suit against the American Mutual Liability Insurance Company for the amount of Dr. Flinn's charges. I shall be glad to give this matter attention. Will you kindly send me the policy of the American Mutual Liability Insurance Company which was in force at the time the Carlough case arose. While the suit is on the special contract and not on the policy, I desire to again examine the policy before preparing the Complaint. S/EAS Yours photterfer very truly,
