Dear Sirt-
Our records show that the American Mutual
Liability Insurance policy, which was in force at the
time the various claims were instituted against un on
the so called Pradium necposis" cases, should be in your
possession. believe the policy was sent to your office
at the time these suits were started and that it was never
returned. We kindly ask that you have your files searched
to see if we are not correct in this matter.
