Gentlemen:
We have been retained by Mrs. Metz and Mrs. Tuft, two
ladies who were formerly employed by your company who are now suffering
disability because of the negligence of your company while they were
in its employ. Their injuries are of a very serious and permanent
nature and I am writing you at this time to ascertain whether or not
the matter can be adjusted without the necessity of bringing suit.
