Dear Sir:
Please take notice that a Special Meeting of the
Board of Directors of the United States Radium Corpo-
ration will be held at its office at 535 Pearl Street,
in the Borough of Manhattan, City and State of New York,
on the 4th day of January, 1927, at 12 o'clock noon of
that day, for the purpose of considering a proposition
to sell the New Jersey plants and property of the Com-
pany and for the purpose of taking action on such other
business as may properly come before the meeting.
