Gentlemen:
We hand you herewith Summons and Complaint in an action
instituted in the New Jersey Suprome Court by Quinta McDonald and
James McDonald against this corporation. This Summons and Complaint
was served on our Agents the Corporation Trust Company of New Jersey
on the 16th, and came to our hands yesterday.
According to our records Quinta McDonald, as such, never
worked for us. We shall at once find out her maiden name and give you
what information we are able to locate.
