THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY:
TO
UNITED STATES RADIUM CORPORATION, a
corporation of the State of Delaware:
You are summoned to answer the annezed
complaint of Albina Larice and Jemes A.
Larice in an action-at-lam in the
New Jorsey Suprome Court, And Take
Notice that unless you file your anower
to said complaint with the Clork of the New Jersey Supreme Court at
Trenton, New Jersoy, within twenty days after the service upon you of this
writ and the annexed complaint, the plaintiffs may proceed in the suit and
judament may be entered agninst you.
WITNESS, Honorable William S. Gumere, Chief Justice of the
Supreme Court at Trenton, New Jergey, this lst day of July, 1927.
