July Sth,1927. American Mutual Liability Insurance Company,, 969 Broad Street, Newark, N.J. Centlemen: We hand you herewith a copy of Summons and Complaint of an action instituted in the New Jersey Supreme Court by Edna Hussman and Louis Hussman, against this corporation for alleged injuries sustained while employed at our plant located in New Jersey. Since there was a considerable period of time of employment, alleged in the complaint, previous to the date of our policy with you we have sent the original Sumons and Complaint to the New Amsterdam Casualty Company, and we have requested them to ascertain the maiden name of Mrs. Hussman in order that we may check her allegations of employment against our employment records. We offer you our fullest cooperation in the matter of technical data end also the services of our attorneys in the defence of this action. Very truly yours, President. CBLee:RH enc.
